- Bridal Couples Names: your name & your fiancé’s name
- Date and Location of your Wedding
- Images of your day – approx 30 images that you feel reflects your wedding day. Images need to be in JPEG or JPG
- Vision – in your own words how you thought your day would look and what special little touches you used to create the look. Did you buy all items, hand make some all of these details – this information will help us understand the style of your wedding.
- Wedding suppliers – please list all companies who assisted in making your day special with names and web addresses (especially any that are featured in pictures)

- Images – 30 images that reflect the overall style of the wedding. Images should be jpgs, high res images are fine please just send using a zip file. Images can be colour, black & white or sepia. Detail shots are best for capturing the style of the wedding (bomboniere, flowers, dress details, rings, invitations, menus, place cards, directional signage, couple shots, bridal party images and fabulous location shots)
- The Story – a detail description of the wedding events and special moments
- Wedding Suppliers – full list of all suppliers that you would like to be credited, full photograph credit is required to be considered.

Special Note for all submissions: At Love Is In The Air we like to publish new and fresh ideas and creative weddings. Please let me know if you have sent the same information to any other publication, magazine, blog or website. It may still be used but it may have to be credited through that publication if it has already been published.
